Product Manager

We are seeking a visionary Product Leader to drive the strategy, innovation, and execution of our next-generation AI-powered cloud platform. This role is responsible for defining and scaling enterprise products across AI/GenAI, hybrid cloud, data center infrastructure management (DCIM), virtualization, AIOps, FinOps, greenOps, and cloud automation.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and has successfully built enterprise SaaS products from concept to commercialization. They should have experience partnering with engineering, sales, customers, and executive leadership while owning product strategy, GTM execution, revenue growth, and product P& L.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered enterprise cloud platforms.
• Lead end-to-end product ownership, including ideation, market validation, product design, architecture, engineering execution, launch, adoption, and lifecycle management.
• Build innovative AI and generative AI capabilities leveraging LLMs, AI agents, RAG, copilots, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
• Drive product innovation across Cloud Management Platforms (CMP), Hybrid Cloud Management, DCIM, Virtualization, Observability, AIOps, FinOps, GreenOps, and Infrastructure Automation.
• Translate customer and market needs into scalable, high-impact enterprise products that solve complex business challenges.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to deliver world-class enterprise solutions.
• Define product positioning, pricing, packaging, licensing models, GTM strategy, and competitive differentiation.
• Own product P& L, business case development, revenue growth, profitability, customer adoption, and ARR targets.
• Conduct market intelligence, customer discovery, competitive benchmarking, and technology assessments to identify new product opportunities.
• Drive executive presentations, customer briefings, analyst engagements, and strategic product demonstrations.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, customer satisfaction, product adoption, and business outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 12-16+ years of product management experience building enterprise B2B SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or AI platforms.
• Proven experience leading products in AI, generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, machine learning, and intelligent automation.
• Strong expertise in hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, private cloud, cloud management platforms, DCIM, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Hands-on knowledge of virtualization technologies, including VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, OpenStack, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures.
• Deep understanding of AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and enterprise cloud ecosystems.
• Experience designing and launching enterprise-scale products with microservices, APIs, observability, DevOps, and automation frameworks.
• Proven success in product commercialization, enterprise sales enablement, pricing strategy, and customer engagement.
• Demonstrated ownership of product P& L, revenue growth, business strategy, and commercial outcomes.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
