Product Manager
Summary
Own the product lifecycle for a Web3 protocol and its developer/creator tooling, turning business goals into roadmaps and coordinating cross-functional delivery.
You will execute product work from discovery through delivery and define product strategy for the core protocol, developer and creator tooling, and occasional consumer-facing implementations. You will translate business goals into roadmaps and delivery plans, conduct user research, plan sprints, align releases with project and budget goals, and communicate outcomes across engineering, design, marketing, and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Execute product work from discovery through delivery
- Define product strategy for the core protocol
- Define product strategy for developer and creator tooling
- Define product strategy for consumer-facing implementations
- Translate business goals into roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery plans
- Create and implement user research plans
- Plan sprints
- Align releases with project and budget goals
- Communicate outcomes and learnings cross-functionally
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working on high-impact technical products
- Experience with libraries, open-source components, APIs, or platforms
- Experience in an engineering or technical product role
- Ideally 2+ years as a product manager
- Awareness and familiarity with Web2 concepts
- Awareness and familiarity with Web3 concepts
- Awareness and familiarity with Web2 and Web3 technology stacks
