Product Manager
Summary
VIVERE Group (interior/furniture group) is hiring a Product Manager in Tangerang to own the roadmap for internal business applications: translating user needs into requirements, coordinating development, UAT and go-live with IT and process owners, and driving user adoption. Requires 3+ years in business application development and familiarity with ERP/SAP and CRM integration.
About the role
Develop the product roadmap and prioritize application development based on business needs. Analyze business processes and translate user needs into clear requirements. Coordinate development, UAT, and go-live with the IT team and process owners. Promote user adoption through training, mentoring, and evaluation of system usage. Ensure consistent system usage, as well as the quality and timeliness of system updates.
Requirements :
Minimum bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in business application development or digital transformation
Understanding of business process mapping, requirements gathering, UAT, and ERP/SAP and CRM integration
Strong analytical skills, cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills
Experience driving system adoption among users with varying levels of digital proficiency
Experience in the interior fit-out, manufacturing, distribution, or retail industries is a plus
