Product Manager

Warby Parker is on the lookout for a motivated Product Manager to join our Business Systems Product Management team. In this role, you’ll support the product roadmap and business outcomes for a cross-functional product team concentrating on supply chain and operations. Key areas of focus for this role will include leading and optimizing technology solutions that support our Manufacturing, Distribution, Inventory Control, Logistics, and Order Management functions. As the Product Manager of Business Systems, you’ll find yourself at the crossroads of much of what we do—you’ll influence and impact not only our internal operations but also the customer experience through the support of new product launches. What you’ll do:

• Manage the product team responsible for features used by our Business Systems teams
• Help identify and lead the end-to-end lifecycle of features based on our business objectives, metrics, and analyses, ensuring timely delivery of effective solutions
• Partner closely with stakeholders to launch new features and products that create efficient business operations, always with the goal of delivering the best possible customer experience
• Build out a prioritized roadmap by collaborating and building strong relationships with stakeholders across our Supply Chain and Operations teams
• Lead, work closely with, and mobilize other members of our Digital Product and Technology teams to execute cross-functional projects

Who you are:

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Experience owning a product roadmap for backend systems, internal tools, operations-supporting products, or supply chain
• Equipped with experience in supply chain management or an understanding of ERP order management or warehouse management concepts
• Quick to act and able to make tough decisions when called for, leaning on your own background and knowledge of strategic business concepts
• Naturally curious and decisive—you dive into any available information and use those learnings to inform your decisions
• A well-rounded communicator, collaborator, and presenter who loves to share findings and actionable insights
• A team player who’s at ease acting as a leader on certain projects and a contributor on others
• Eager to help others and passionate about creating stellar products
• A strong analyst with basic knowledge of SQL
• Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
