Product Manager (Watch Demand Generation)

About Luxehouze
Luxehouze is a fast-growing omnichannel luxury marketplace operating across Indonesia and Singapore, serving high-value customers in watches, fashion, and beauty. We operate in an environment where trust, speed and excellence matter, and where outcomes matter more than activity.

We are looking for a Product Manager for Watch (Demand Generation, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”

  • Expectations are high and visible

  • Problems may be ambiguous and fast-moving

  • Priorities can change as the business scales

  • Feedback is direct and frequent

  • Performance is measured by results, not intentions

  • If you require rigid structure, narrow scope, or close supervision to perform well, this environment may not be a good fit.

The goal is to increase qualified demand and generate more watch sales opportunities, not just improve the website.

  • Own the end-to-end customer journey for luxury watch demand generation, from discovery to qualified lead generation.

  • Drive product strategy and execution to improve user acquisition, product discovery, trust, and conversion through data-driven experimentation and cross-functional collaboration. Success is measured by growth in qualified sessions, lead generation, and revenue.

Requirement & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in e-commerce, marketplace,

    or consumer technology.

  • Proven track record of driving growth, conversion, or demand generation through digital

    products.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel,

    Amplitude) to make data-driven decisions.

  • Experience defining product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and managing the product

    development lifecycle.

  • Familiarity with experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing and

    hypothesis-driven product development.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align

    cross-functional teams.

  • Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Exposure to SEO, merchandising, CRM, or growth marketing is a plus.

  • Experience in luxury retail, fashion, watches, or premium consumer products is an

    advantage.
