Product Manager — Workspace, Self-Serve & Platform Scalability

NewBe an early applicant
Revizto is an innovative company headquartered in Switzerland. We operate within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) industry, serving as the fastest-growing integrated collaboration platform. Our solution utilizes cloud and video gaming technology to support 2D and 3D workflow streams, enabling users to communicate and work with all project stakeholders in a unified environment.

Revizto facilitates real-time coordination, automated clash detection, and issue tracking throughout a project’s lifecycle, helping thousands of global companies minimize rework and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Own Revizto Workspace and the admin console — the control plane where customers manage accounts, licenses, users, roles, and projects.
  • Own identity and access end-to-end — SAML-based SSO, SCIM provisioning, the role hierarchy across Account, License, and Project scopes, and MFA.
  • Own onboarding and provisioning for both new customers and new users within existing accounts.
  • Own the self-serve buying motion for the low-touch, credit-card, sub-$10k segment.
  • Set the direction for platform scalability — multi-tenant architecture, regional deployment, data residency, and tenancy isolation — and collaborate with Security, Legal, and IT on SOC 2, GDPR, and regional compliance posture.
  • Partner with Engineering and DevOps on the backend services behind Workspace, and champion reliability and observability as product concerns.
  • Make product-level solution choices with Engineering — build vs. partner vs. buy, cloud provider selection.

Requirements

We are seeking a Product Manager to own how Revizto is delivered, deployed, and governed at scale — the product layer behind the coordination and collaboration work that happens inside a project. Your domain spans Revizto Workspace and the admin console, together with the platform foundations that support identity, provisioning, multi-tenant architecture, regional deployments, reliability, and security. You will also own the self-serve buying motion for the small-customer long tail: the low-touch, credit-card, sub-$10k business that lets Revizto reach thousands of small firms without a Sales conversation. You’ll work closely with Engineering, DevOps, and Product Experience, collaborate with Marketing on customer acquisition, and partner with Finance/RevOps on billing. Success means a global engineering firm can onboard and govern their organization with confidence — and a five-person architecture studio can sign up and be productive on the same day.

Benefits

  • 4–6 years of PM experience in B2B SaaS, with exposure to admin experience, identity, platform foundations, or multi-tenant infrastructure.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise identity and access concepts — SAML-based SSO, SCIM provisioning, OAuth 2.0, RBAC, MFA.
  • Backend architecture literacy — can read a service diagram and weigh trade-offs with a senior engineer.
  • Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture: tenancy isolation, regional deployment, data residency.
  • Familiarity with SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, observability, SOC 2, and GDPR.
  • Empathy for enterprise IT admins, license administrators, and small-studio buyers alike.
  • Prioritization comfort with frameworks like RICE or MoSCoW.
Nice to Have
  • Prior direct product ownership of an admin console, tenant/account model, or identity product.
  • Product-led growth or self-serve experience — activation funnels, freemium or trial mechanics, in-product purchase, and free-to-paid conversion, with comfort running A/B experiments.
  • Strategic thinking across both ends of the market: connecting enterprise deal size and expansion with self-serve ARR and unit economics into a coherent strategy.
  • Exposure to AWS, Alibaba Cloud, or other regional cloud providers.
  • AECO domain familiarity.

  • Fully remote work from France, Germany, or the UK (you’re welcomed to apply from any of these locations).
  • A flexible, employee-focused culture.
  • An innovative and collaborative team environment.
  • Great working conditions designed to support your best work.
You must be based in and authorised to work in France, Germany, or the UK.
