About the team
The Product team are responsible for the end-to-end commercial lifecycle of our product suite. They deliver on our product strategy, ensure its technical quality and regulatory compliance, and drives its successful launch and adoption in the market. By integrating product management, assurance, and compliance, the team acts as the commercial engine for the business, directly responsible for customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Your mission
As a Product Manager, your mission is to own the success of your product area. You will immerse yourself in the customer's world to deeply understand their problems and opportunities. You will translate these insights into a clear product vision and an actionable backlog that your team can use to build brilliant solutions.
Reporting to the Head of Product and Projects, you are the voice of the customer and the key driver of your product's lifecycle. Your work will directly impact our customers' experience and contribute to the company's growth by ensuring we build effective, valuable, and well-loved products.
Day-to-day responsibilities
Product Discovery & Strategy
- Conduct continuous research by talking to our customers, analysing data, and studying the market to identify the most impactful problems to solve.
- Embed yourself in the global product team to help define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, ensuring it aligns with our broader business goals.
- Work with our customer to develop clear business requirements for new initiatives, ensuring they are commercially viable and aligned to the Worldline strategy.
Product Delivery & Execution
- Work as an embedded member of a cross-functional product squad, collaborating closely with our global organisation.
- Collaborate closely and continuously with our local customers, providing expert product support and delivery of the global roadmap to the local market.
- Ensure quality delivery of change requests, supporting our customers need to launch products and enhancements to market quickly.
Stakeholder Management & Go-to-Market
- Proactively communicate your product roadmap, progress, and learnings to stakeholders across the business.
- Partner with our customers cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and market readiness.
- Monitor the performance of your product in-market, using data and customer feedback to inform future iterations and improvements.
Who are we looking for
Skills and Experience
- Experience working as a Product Manager in a modern, technology-driven company.
- Proven experience working in an agile environment as part of a cross-functional team delivering software products.
- A strong track record of managing the full product lifecycle, from initial discovery and research to delivery and in-life optimisation.
- Experience using both qualitative customer feedback and quantitative data to make product decisions.

Qualifications
