Product Manager
Summary
Growth Product Manager for a client that is an official YouTube partner building SaaS products that help media companies and creators monetize and scale. Day to day: identifying growth opportunities from sign-up to payment, running end-to-end A/B tests, and working with analytics tools like Amplitude, GA4, and Tableau.
Our client is anofficial YouTube partner that helps media companies and creators scale, monetize their content, and build sustainable businesses. The company develops its own SaaS products and is actively growing its product growth function.
We are looking for a Growth Product Manager who will systematically identify product growth opportunities — from the first sign-up to payment — and turn data and user insights into actionable product experiments.
- 4+ years of Product Management experience in a product company. Experience with SaaS, subscription, or freemium products is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the growth funnel: activation, conversion, retention, and the difference between usage and value realization.
- Hands-on experience running end-to-end A/B tests: from hypothesis and experiment design to analysis and decision-making.
- Basic understanding of statistics and the ability to distinguish meaningful signals from noise.
- Strong command of product metrics and unit economics: CAC, LTV, churn, payback, etc.
- Experience with Amplitude, GA4, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
- Ability to define events required for proper product tracking.
- High level of autonomy, strong prioritization skills, and excellent stakeholder communication.
- Ability to structure information clearly and present results using Notion, Slides, and Loom.
- English B2+.
