Product Marketer
About the Role
We're an early-stage enterprise AI platform company headquartered in Berlin, helping large organizations safely and flexibly roll out AI across their entire workforce. Our platform is model-agnostic, security-first, and built for enterprise-grade governance — and we're growing fast.
We're looking for a Product Marketer who sits at the intersection of product and market. You'll translate frequent product releases into clear positioning, compelling stories, and sales-ready materials — shaping how customers and prospects understand our capabilities as both the product and the category evolve.
What You'll Do
Own go-to-market plans for every meaningful product release and execute them across the right channels.
Turn product releases into compelling narratives that explain why new features matter to buyers.
Develop and maintain positioning that differentiates the platform for different buyer personas and markets (e.g., enterprise IT leaders vs. AI leads).
Create clear product content: comparison pages, capability overviews, one-pagers, and campaign explainers.
Work directly with customers, support tickets, and sales calls to surface what users value and translate it into marketing and sales assets.
Enable sales and customer success with messaging frameworks, collateral, and ready answers to difficult product questions.
Help define category positioning for enterprise AI as the market and product evolve.
Participate in product reviews to stay close to what is being built and why.
Contribute to public-facing demos and presentations when needed.
What We're Looking For
Required:
3+ years of product marketing experience delivering go-to-market for software features or products.
Proven track record owning end-to-end GTM — planning and executing across channels — with measurable impact.
Ability to explain technical products clearly and simply to non-technical audiences.
Excellent, precise writing skills: clarity over cleverness.
Habit of working with customers to surface value and inform messaging.
Cross-functional collaborator: comfortable working with product, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
Bias toward end-to-end ownership — you don't wait for a brief to get started.
Regular use of AI tools for research, drafting, and synthesis as part of your workflow.
Willingness to be on camera and participate in public-facing demos or presentations.
Nice to Have:
Experience targeting or selling into German enterprise IT markets (German Mittelstand).
Background in B2B enterprise SaaS or AI/ML product marketing.
Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, security/compliance narratives, or governance messaging.
Location & Work Arrangement
This is an on-site role based in Berlin, Germany. We work together in person and value the collaboration that comes with it.
