Product Marketing and Growth

You will establish product positioning and messaging, lead launches, and own the funnel from acquisition through conversion and retention. You will use analytics to improve growth metrics, prepare customer demos and technical documentation, return market insight to product planning, and build marketing and GTM capability.

Responsibilities

• Define product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and product brand
• Design and execute launch strategies and establish launch success metrics
• Own acquisition, conversion, and retention across web, SEO, advertising, and content
• Optimize landing pages, registration flows, conversion rates, and retention
• Use analytics to improve traffic, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates
• Maintain demo environments and technical documentation
• Feed market and customer insights into product roadmap development
• Lead marketing and GTM team building and hiring
• Optimize and scale marketing and GTM frameworks
• Collaborate across global teams and markets in Japanese and English

Requirements

• 5+ years of product marketing or growth experience for B2B SaaS, developer tools, or technical AI products
• Product marketing or growth track record for B2C products
• Messaging and funnel, channel, and metric management
• Ability to operate autonomously in an unestablished fast-paced startup environment
• Technical understanding of LLMs and generative AI
• Interest in AI ethics and technical philosophy
• Professional fluency in Japanese and English
• Experience launching a new product category or unmapped market segment
• Experience selling or presenting to corporate decision-makers
