Product Marketing Director — Memory, Storage & Interconnect Solutions

工作內容

1. Lead product and market strategy for Memory, Storage, and High-Speed Interconnect solutions, aligning technology capabilities with market opportunities and customer needs.

2. Define and drive Product Roadmap, Portfolio Strategy, target applications, market segmentation, and product positioning.

3. Identify new market and product opportunities through market sizing, competitive analysis, customer engagement, and business case development.

4. Work with Management, Architecture, R&D, Sales, and BD teams to translate market requirements into product priorities and specifications.

5. Engage key customers and ecosystem partners to identify emerging requirements, technology trends, and strategic opportunities.

6. Drive Go-to-Market Strategy, Value Proposition, Pricing Strategy, and competitive positioning.

7. Monitor industry trends, standards, competitors, and technology transitions to guide long-term product and business strategy.

其他條件

【Required Qualifications】

1. Extensive experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Product Strategy, or Business Development in semiconductor, server, memory, storage, or data center industries.
2. Strong knowledge of PCIe, CXL, NVMe, Memory, and/or Storage technologies.
3. Deep understanding of server architecture, data center applications, and semiconductor ecosystems.
4. Proven experience driving Product Roadmaps, product positioning, and Go-to-Market strategies.
5. Ability to translate market and customer requirements into product strategy and business opportunities.
6. Strong strategic thinking, market analysis, communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
7. Bachelor's degree or above in EE, CS, Computer Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

7. 電機、資工、Computer Engineering、商管、行銷或相關科系學士以上。

【Preferred Qualifications】

1. Experience with CXL Memory Expansion, Memory Controller, PCIe/CXL devices, SSD/NVMe, or related semiconductor products.
2. Experience with AI/HPC platforms, GPU servers, or next-generation memory architectures.
3. Experience working with hyperscalers, CSPs, server OEM/ODMs, or data center customers.
4. Experience in Market Sizing, TAM/SAM Analysis, Business Case Development, Pricing Strategy, or Competitive Analysis.
5. Familiarity with PCI-SIG, CXL Consortium, JEDEC, or related industry ecosystems.
6. Experience taking semiconductor products from Product Definition through customer Design-in and Market Launch.
