Own the Business. Drive the Strategy. Lead the Growth.

Texas Instruments is looking for an entrepreneurial, strategic leader who is excited to take true ownership of a product line business. In this role, you'll go beyond traditional marketing responsibilities — you'll shape the direction of the business, build lasting customer relationships, and drive meaningful growth. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys taking initiative, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is passionate about winning in competitive markets.

You Own the Business — Here's What That Means

In this role, you'll have the autonomy and accountability to define the vision, build the strategy, and deliver results. You'll be empowered to make key decisions — from pricing and positioning to customer engagement — and will have the support of a talented, collaborative team behind you.

  • Own Revenue & Profitability – Take the lead on driving design wins, growing new revenue, and maintaining strong margins across your product portfolio
  • Be the Voice of the Customer – Cultivate deep, trusted relationships with top-tier customers and field teams to stay closely connected to market needs and emerging opportunities
  • Set the Market Strategy – Develop compelling product positioning, craft differentiated messaging, and proactively identify new markets and customers to expand your business
  • Lead Go-to-Market Execution – Take ownership of all marketing activities across the full product lifecycle — pre-launch, launch, and post-launch — ensuring seamless and effective execution
  • Stay Ahead of the Competition – Continuously assess the competitive landscape and develop thoughtful strategies to close gaps and capture market share
  • Align Teams Around a Shared Vision – Partner with and influence cross-functional teams including pricing, campaigns, field sales, and marketing to bring your strategy to life

What You'll Bring!

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (or related field)
  • 2+ years of relevant semiconductor industry experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability — you take pride in the outcomes of your work
  • Proven ability to build and nurture meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving capabilities
  • Adaptable and eager to learn — comfortable navigating new systems, tools, and processes
  • A collaborative team player who can bring diverse groups together around a common goal
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and a consistent track record of delivering results
