Many years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), preferably working directly with OAuth and OpenID Connect
Programming (even if this isn’t your primary passion) in various languages, preferably in Java (since we’re a Java shop) but also other languages (e.g., Rust, Kotlin, Go, TypeScript, etc.)
Background as a solution architect, IAM architect, enterprise architect, or similar
Technical (e.g., computer science) or communications (e.g., writing, markcom) university degree
Social networking skills that are demonstrated by a large social network (e.g., on SO, Twitter, etc.)
Presentation skills gained from past conferences or Webinars
Authoring a book, long-form paper, thesis (in English)
Working on a Linux or Mac computer is nothing to you
