Product Marketing Manager (B2B Saas)

Open 19d

Responsibilities

Own content research & key messages. You’ll research how our users search for and talk about their problems, and distill that into key messages that run through our marketplace listings, website, and campaigns.
Run a structured content pipeline. You'll manage the full content lifecycle: select topics, steer research and drafting through review gates, shape the narrative, approve the master article, and coordinate publication across channels. Think editor-in-chief with a production system behind you.
Design magnetic education. You’ll script punchy tutorial videos, host onboarding webinars, and build step-by-step guides that turn curious sign-ups into confident power users.
Champion community & support answers. You’ll represent our apps on the Atlassian Community and answer usage questions in support, turning every question into a helpful answer that builds trust and into input for our content and materials.
Grow new channels. As you ramp up, you’ll expand into social media and other channels to reach our audience where they already are.

Must-Have Requirements

Advanced/fluent English (C1, C1+) – you communicate effortlessly in writing and speech, with near-native vocabulary and confidence.
Agile/Scrum familiarity – you understand sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives well enough to speak our customers’ language; hands-on Scrum experience is a plus, not a must.
Natural educator – you enjoy turning complex ideas into crisp docs, tutorials, or webinars that help users succeed.
You make the complex simple – a technical degree is not mandatory, but you must be comfortable with a technical product (Jira, Agile metrics) and able to explain it in plain words.

Skills That Make You Stand Out

Prior experience in a B2B SaaS product company – you understand the lifecycle, metrics, and buyer journey.
Scaled-Agile exposure (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, etc.).
Professional/technical blog or knowledge-sharing portfolio that showcases your writing voice and expertise.

Preferred Career Backgrounds

Support / Customer Success → Product Marketing – our ideal transition profile.
Content / Marketing Specialist → Product Marketing – excellent fit.
Technical Writer → Product Marketing – strong option: you already turn complex products into clear content.

Benefits:

Remote-first work in a self-funded, sustainable Ukrainian product company.
Be part of the team that creates apps used by Uber, Oracle, Boeing, Disney, Renault, the US defense sector, etc.
Master product marketing in a senior, mature team while developing our own AI tools, including an AI-powered content factory.
Open path to career growth: This is a new role in a compact, product-led team, so how far it grows is up to you.

Interview Stages:

Online Interview #1 (60 mins): A real-world problem-solving workshop with our CMO to assess your communication and collaboration skills.
Small Home Task: Write a concise article that showcases a compelling use case for an app in our portfolio. We’re looking for clarity, storytelling flair, an eye for customer value, and how you architect the content.
Online Interview #2 (30-45 mins): Discuss your development plans as a product marketing manager with our CEO to determine alignment with company goals.
