Your role as a Product Marketing Manager

As a Product Marketing Manager with our firm, you will serve as a client-facing strategic advisor to leading technology companies. This mid-level consulting role goes beyond traditional in-house product marketing – you’ll spend meaningful time on client strategy, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and translating ambiguous business challenges into actionable product marketing recommendations. You will collaborate closely with client teams (product, marketing, sales, and others) to craft compelling go-to-market strategies, ensure customer insights drive decision-making, and deliver high-impact marketing initiatives. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential, as you’ll distill complex ideas into clear narratives for diverse audiences.

We are proactively seeking talented individuals to join our team in the coming months. If you are interested in being considered for a position, please apply, and we will be in touch as opportunities arise.

How You'll Contribute:

  • Client Strategy & Insight: Partner with client stakeholders to understand their strategic goals, market landscape, and customer needs, ensuring product marketing plans align with business objectives.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Lead and facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions to uncover insights, build consensus, and co-create marketing strategies and positioning.
  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for client product launches and campaigns – from customer-focused messaging and positioning to launch planning and sales enablement – tailoring approaches to each client’s unique context.
  • Strategic Advisory & Recommendations: Translate complex or ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable marketing recommendations, providing clients with data-driven insights and innovative solutions that drive product adoption, customer engagement, and growth.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Build strong relationships and trust with client teams and cross-functional partners (including Product Management, Sales, and Pricing teams), serving as a bridge for communication and ensuring alignment. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, reports, and narratives that influence senior client stakeholders and guide decision-making.

Your Skills and Approach:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in technology (e.g., B2B software, SaaS, or enterprise tech), with a track record of successfully developing positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Consulting or client-facing experience preferred – able to quickly build rapport with clients, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide advisory leadership without direct authority.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities – skilled at storytelling, writing clear strategic documents, and delivering persuasive presentations to executives and diverse audiences.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking – adept at navigating ambiguity, synthesizing complex information (market trends, customer insights, competitive intelligence), and formulating data-informed strategies and recommendations.
  • Collaboration & Influence – highly collaborative, with the ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, analytics) to drive alignment and project success.
  • Agility & Initiative – comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic consulting environment, managing multiple client projects and deadlines with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
