Product Marketing Manager
You'll take on a marketing generalist role with a product marketing lean and real ownership from week one. You'll shape how Gauntlet's products show up in the market, owning positioning, launches, and sales enablement across a portfolio serving $1.5B+ in client TVL for some of the largest fintechs, protocols, and capital allocators moving onchain. Your work sits close to product and BD, and it ships into launches, client conversations, and the stories institutions hear about Gauntlet. You'll also contribute to communications such as launch comms, events, social, and website as new products ship. Your time will split roughly half product marketing, half comms, shifting with the roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Own product positioning and messaging for vault products, new strategies, and structured products
- Translate positioning into materials that sell, including BD slide decks, landing pages, technical documentation, and proof points
- Run product launches end-to-end, including pre-launch data collection, waitlists, launch copy, sales enablement, BD training, and mock pitches
- Build the sales enablement library, including slide decks, one-pagers, proposals, battlecards, and product FAQs
- Own the product to marketing feedback loop through regular sessions with BD to surface objections, adoption blockers, and market signal
- Support launch communications, including blog posts and social copy for new product launches
- Own the product surface on the website, including product pages, launch announcements, and partner integrations
- Support co-marketing with partners aligned to Gauntlet's institutional narrative

- High proficiency with AI tools, using LLMs and agents in day-to-day work
