Description

💼 Principal Product Marketing Manager (AI-native B2B)

Own positioning, launch and pricing end to end, and run it all on an AI stack you build yourself.

We are a well-backed, AI-native B2B software company in London with a clear line to profitability, and we move fast. We’re hiring our first dedicated senior Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, launch and pricing for a technically sophisticated data product sold to serious, regulated enterprise buyers. This is a hands-on, high-ownership seat: you turn a genuinely complex product into clear, credible positioning that a sophisticated buyer trusts, and you build the GTM engine that gets it to market in weeks, not quarters.

You are AI-native, and you build. You don’t just use AI tools, you build with them. You run your product marketing on your own agent and automation stack, auto-generating the collateral the sales floor needs the moment a feature ships, and you can show it working, not just describe it. This is the thing that sets this role apart.

You own pricing and packaging. You take real positions on pricing and packaging and defend them under commercial pressure. We’re open to a strong marketer who has shaped pricing and wants to grow into full enterprise ownership, with support to upskill, but you need the judgement and the appetite to own it.

What you’ll own

Positioning and messaging for the platform and its core products, so the market understands a complex, decision-grade product. End-to-end launches, from narrative and segmentation through enablement to conversion, shipped fast and measured. Pricing and packaging experiments that move average contract value while staying accessible. A repeatable, AI-built content and enablement engine (battlecards, one-pagers, objection handling) that a seller can pick up and use live. A competitive-intelligence loop that feeds product and sales. Equipping a lean commercial team to win.

What we’re looking for

A genuinely AI-native product marketer who builds their own stack and can demo it live. Real pricing and packaging experience, with the appetite to own enterprise pricing end to end. A repeat zero-to-one launcher with sharp positioning craft and the ability to turn complex, technical claims into stories buyers believe. Someone energised by the customer, who gets inside the buyer’s workflow and turns insight into product and GTM. Comfortable building the first playbooks, dashboards and processes rather than inheriting them. Experience selling to sophisticated, regulated enterprise buyers is a strong plus. Startup or scale-up pace is where you do your best work.

How we work. Flat, lean, AI-native, high trust. Small teams, short cycles, real customer contact, decisions made in the room. Three days a week in the London office.

Process. Three stages: a 45-minute conversation with our VP of Product; a live working session where you build sales-ready collateral with us from a standing start and show something you’ve built with AI; and a final pricing-focused conversation with a co-founder. You’re encouraged to use AI tools throughout, and you’re assessed on your reasoning and the outcome, not polish.

Comp. Competitive base plus meaningful equity and benefits.

Location. Hybrid, London, 3 days per week.
