Product Marketing Manager, Prophecy

Open 36d

You'll be the connective tissue between product, growth, comms, and community, translating a deeply technical edge into positioning that traders, builders, and partners immediately get. You'll own the narrative, lead every launch, and run the experiments that turn a new prediction protocol into a category-defining brand. This is a builder's role, not a steward's — you'll be writing the playbook. The team is small, decisions are fast, and your work shows up in market within weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning and messaging for Prophecy end-to-end
  • Translate technical primitives into sharp, defensible narratives for trader, builder, and partner audiences
  • Lead go-to-market for every Prophecy launch
  • Run cross-functional launch pods spanning product, engineering, comms, growth, design, and BD
  • Define and run the marketing roadmap for Prophecy
  • Sequence launches, campaigns, and content
  • Build the audience through always-on programs
  • Own competitive intelligence
  • Run customer and market research
  • Brief and produce content that earns attention in the web3 space
  • Partner with comms on tier-1 press, podcast bookings, and thought leadership
  • Instrument everything and define KPIs
  • Own the weekly reporting rhythm
  • Brief channel owners on the Prophecy narrative

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product marketing, with at least 2 spent on a consumer-facing web3 product (prediction markets, derivatives DEX, perps, options, equities trading, or fintech with a trader audience)
  • Crypto-native with wallet experience, on-chain UX understanding, knowledge of CLOB vs AMM, and ability to read token incentive design
  • Track record of owning launches end-to-end
  • Sharp narrative instinct and strong writing skills
  • Quantitative fluency
  • Operator mindset
  • Cross-functional gravity
  • Excellent written and spoken English
