Product Marketing Manager
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for translating TRI Air Testing’s technical capabilities into compelling, industry-specific solutions that sales can clearly communicate and customers can easily understand. Own positioning, messaging, service packaging, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and go-to-market planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop positioning and value propositions for compressed air, ambient air, water, microbiological, purity gas, and emerging testing services.
- Build industry-specific messaging for food & beverage, pharmaceutical/life sciences, medical, fire & emergency services, industrial manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, defense, and other regulated markets.
- Develop customer personas, buyer journeys, pain-point analysis, and use cases for QA, QC, EHS, engineering, operations, procurement, and laboratory decision makers.
- Create brochures, sell sheets, presentations, battle cards, competitive comparisons, objection guides, proposal language, and ROI/value tools.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify opportunities, objections, competitive threats, and gaps in current offerings.
- Lead go-to-market plans for new services and service packages, including messaging, collateral, training, campaigns, and measurement.
- Develop annual testing programs, cross-sell packages, and other offerings designed to increase retention.
- Conduct voice-of-customer research, win/loss analysis, and customer interviews.
- Monitor competitor capabilities, pricing, certifications, turnaround times, positioning, and marketing activity.
- Partner with technical and laboratory leadership to ensure marketing claims are accurate and credible.
- Own service-page and product-page strategy for the website.
- Develop case studies, customer success stories, technical briefs, and educational resources.
- Train sales on new services, positioning, target industries, competitive differentiation, and discovery questions.
- Maintain an annual product marketing roadmap aligned with TRI’s growth priorities.
