Product Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

  1. Product Portfolio & Lifecycle Management
    • Own the end-to-end lifecycle management of the Fnet product line.
    • Develop portfolio strategies, optimize product mix, and ensure alignment with corporate strategy and market demands.
  2. Performance Monitoring & Operational Excellence
    • Track and analyze daily business performance (sales volume, profitability, market share, etc.) to identify issues and opportunities.
    • Provide clear guidance to Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and initiate promotional program when necessary to secure target achievement.
  3. Demand Generation & Growth Acceleration
    • Plan and execute diversified marketing activities (online/offline campaigns, trade shows, customer seminars, etc.) to precisely target potential customers and drive sustainable demand growth.
  4. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
    • Continuously gather and analyze industry trends, competitive dynamics, customer pain points, and emerging technologies.
    • Deliver actionable market reports to support new product development, product iteration, and differentiation strategies.
  5. Sales & Channel Capability Building
    • Develop and update sales enablement tools (product brochures, battle cards, competitive comparisons, etc.).
    • Conduct product training and coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and solution-selling capabilities of both internal sales teams and channel partners.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Growth Initiatives
    • Work closely with R&D, supply chain, marketing, and after-sales teams to ensure resolution of product-related issues.
    • Proactively identify and drive additional growth opportunities, such as new application scenarios, pricing optimization, customer retention programs, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; 3+ years of product management or related experience.
  • Solid understanding of full product management processes; strong data sensitivity and business analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project-driving abilities; comfortable working in cross-functional environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered tools for digging into large datasets, identifying trends, and generating actionable business insights is a strong plus.
