About the team: The T&S GenAI & Emerging Product team's mission is to empower the development of GenAI models and applications. We do this by building a world-class safety, testing, and risk management system that ensures GenAI innovations are launched responsibly. Responsibilities
- Responsible for content safety operations for GenAI products
- [User operation] Manage the GenAI safety oncall process and goal, respond to user/customer/biz questions/feedback about online cases, provide short term solutions and route to Product if mid/long-term solution is needed
- [Data operation] Based on the online monitor, conduct leakage/overkill case analysis to determine whether they stem from strategy problems, model/safety model drift, policy issue, or new malicious practices
- [Enforcement operation] Execute rapid operational strategy adjustments after the case analysis.
And drive product and policy teams to make strategy or rules adjustments if needed
- [Platform operation] Collect user feedback, measure platform performance and effectiveness, enable users to better adopt and utilize the platform, and support Product Managers in product planning, prioritization, and iterative improvements.
Minimum Qualification(s)
- 5+ years of experience in operations.
- Strong interest in and solid understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs, VLMs, SFT, RLHF, DPO, RAG, multimodal AI, and embeddings.
- Data-driven with strong data sensitivity, able to quickly identify issues through data analysis, perform in-depth case analysis to locate root causes, drive effective problem resolution.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Experience in AI product operations or safety strategy operations.
- Passionate about exploring AI agents and emerging AI tools to continuously improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Goals-driven, with strong logical thinking and analytical skills, as well as excellent cross-functional communication, coordination, and execution abilities.
