Product Operations Manager – Housing

About the Role

A fast-growing, Series D/E-stage AI automation company operating in the proptech and healthtech sectors is looking for a Product Operations Manager to support its Housing product line. The company deploys AI agents deeply into enterprise workflows, helping housing providers streamline leasing, resident communication, maintenance, and more — reducing manual work and improving experiences at scale.

This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers. You'll help shape how new products are built, launched, and scaled for large, sophisticated enterprise clients.

What You'll Do

  • Translate product requirements into clear, buildable workflows through specs, diagrams, and thorough edge-case definition

  • Conduct discovery sessions with new clients to deeply understand their needs and operational requirements

  • Drive launch readiness and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders through each release cycle

  • Analyze product usage data using SQL to surface insights, identify quality gaps, and recommend improvements

  • Monitor post-launch performance and lead structured iteration to improve adoption and quality

  • Manage compliance and configuration requirements across enterprise deployments

  • Build and maintain process documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across the team

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Experience in product operations, technical program management, or execution-focused roles at a high-growth technology company

  • Working proficiency in SQL and comfort driving independent, data-driven analysis

  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

  • Strong written communication skills — you write clear specs, crisp process docs, and useful summaries

  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through

  • Ability and willingness to work in-office 4–5 days per week in New York City

Nice to Have:

  • Background in proptech, multifamily housing, or enterprise SaaS

  • Experience working closely with both Product and Engineering teams in a fast-scaling company

  • Comfort with technical concepts and workflow design tools (e.g., process diagrams, API-level thinking)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year (USD), depending on experience

  • Equity and comprehensive benefits package

Please note: visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Location

This role is based in New York City, NY. It is a hybrid position requiring 4–5 days per week in the office.
