Product Operations Manager
You will identify, scope, plan, and execute projects and integrations across operations, finance, treasury, product, and technology functions. You will develop processes for emerging use cases, address operational gaps, support customer needs, and ensure compliance with AML, CTR, and STR requirements. You will provide technical and operational expertise, influence stakeholders, recommend scalable applications, lead software implementations, and assist with business-as-usual responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Identify, scope, plan, and execute projects and integrations to improve company processes.
- Develop processes and initiatives for emerging use cases.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address gaps and meet customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with AML, CTR, and STR requirements.
- Provide technical, operational, and processing expertise for products and services.
- Collaborate with and influence multiple stakeholders including senior management.
- Recommend applications that support company scalability.
- Lead the setup and implementation of in-house and third-party software.
- Assist with business-as-usual responsibilities as needed.
- Undertake additional assigned duties.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in operations, process improvement, strategy, or a similar department.
- Ability to rapidly assess complex situations and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to implement process improvements with speed and precision in high-pressure environments.
- Strong end-to-end project management experience from strategy through implementation and evaluation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
