Product Owner

Concept Solutions, LLC (CS) is seeking a Product Owner to support a mission-critical application modernization program for a Department of War (DoW) customer.

This initiative focuses on simplifying and unifying access across a portfolio of production applications through a single sign-on experience, a centralized work surface, and a repeatable approach for integrating applications into a shared platform.

The Product Owner will play a key role in guiding product priorities, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring Agile development efforts align with customer needs and program objectives. This position also supports the continued operation and sustainment of existing applications throughout modernization.

• Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog across four customer-gated phases, ensuring alignment with program objectives and delivery milestones.
• Define clear acceptance criteria for user stories and phase-exit deliverables.
• Lead ongoing user engagement with analysts, industry users, and members of the public to understand needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate user feedback and usability findings into actionable, prioritized backlog items.
• Track and report on success metrics established with the customer.
