About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi

We're excited to offer a permanent opportunity for a Product Owner, Marketing Cloud, within Customer Connection. In this role, you'll take ownership of ACC's Salesforce Marketing Cloud capability and help shape how ACC communicates with, supports and engages New Zealanders through timely, relevant and effective digital customer communications. Working closely with a cross-functional delivery team and Product Manager, you'll develop, communicate and evolve a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap that delivers value for customers and ACC. You'll define and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic objectives and improves customer and business outcomes. Through collaboration with technology, privacy, data, operational and business stakeholders, you'll contribute to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between.

About you | Mōu

You will bring:

  • Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience within digital, customer engagement, marketing automation or customer communications environments.
  • Demonstrated Product Owner, Project Manager or product leadership experience, including ownership of product vision, roadmap, backlog and delivery outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer, operational and performance data to support evidence-based decision making.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments and applying product delivery disciplines in practice.
  • Strategic thinking skills, including the ability to align product priorities with organisational goals and customer outcomes.
  • Strong relationship management, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills across business, technology, privacy, operational and external teams.
  • Sound problem-solving and decision-making capability with the confidence to navigate complex situations.
  • A customer-centric mindset and passion for improving experiences and outcomes for New Zealanders.
  • You must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application.

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $117,787 and $166,288 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
