Product Owner/AI Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for an AI Product Owner to partner with our onsite AI Architecture team and drive initiatives across AI-enabled SDLC, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.

The candidate will translate AI strategy and business/engineering opportunities into use cases, product roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, user stories, and measurable outcomes. This role requires someone who understands both product management and modern AI concepts, rather than a traditional Scrum-only Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and backlog for AI-SDLC and Agentic AI initiatives.
• Identify AI opportunities across requirements, design, coding, testing, CI/CD, documentation, modernization, and production support.
• Define and prioritize GenAI and Agentic AI use cases.
• Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and KPIs.
• Work closely with onsite AI architects, business stakeholders, and offshore engineering teams.
• Drive initiatives from idea POC MVP production/adoption.
• Track business value, productivity improvements, adoption, and ROI.
• Incorporate Responsible AI, security, governance, and human-in-the-loop requirements.

Required Skills

• 812+ years of experience in Product Management/Product Ownership/Technology.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software engineering processes.
• Working knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents/Agentic AI, and AI evaluation.
• Strong Agile/backlog management experience.
• Experience working with technical/architecture teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
