Product Owner

Salary: ₱90,000 – ₱100,000 per month

Job Details: We are hiring a Product Owner to lead the product lifecycle, define feature roadmaps, manage product backlogs, and collaborate with cross-functional development teams to deliver enterprise software solutions.

• POSITION: Product Owner

• WORK SETUP: Hybrid / Corporate Deployment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define product vision, technical roadmap, and release strategy aligned with business goals

• Gather, analyze, and translate stakeholder needs into detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Maintain, prioritize, and groom the product backlog for engineering and development sprints

• Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams to ensure sprint commitments are met with high quality

• Conduct product backlog refinement, sprint planning, review sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Monitor product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in IT/Software development

• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification is a strong advantage

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
