We are focused on identifying market opportunities, developing new capabilities, and delivering outcomes that drive customer success for Emergency Dispatchers.
As a Product Owner for ASTRO Consoles, you will pivot away from purely managing technical execution to become a market-focused, outcome-driven leader. In this role, you own the strategic value and commercial success of your assigned product pillar. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will define the "why" behind our features, identify untapped market opportunities, ensure your team's development efforts directly align with customer growth and market adoption. You will partner with Product Management to validate customer needs and act as a commercial champion for your product, ensuring engineering efforts are directly tied to measurable business value and market adoption.
- Firm understanding of software design, user interaction, and user interface design
- Deep technical knowledge in software development methodologies such as Agile / Scrum / SaFE and Kanban
- Experience utilizing product and project management tools such as Jira, Figma, Confluence
- Comfortable experimenting with AI supported workflows
- Align with the enhanced focus on prioritizing and developing important aspects of mission critical products, such as availability, reliability, and stability
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Polished presentation skills for internal and external audiences
- Proactive, enthusiastic attitude toward challenging problems
- Strong ability to research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform product strategy.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, multi-continental team environment.
