Job Posting: Domain Specialist, Wealth Digital & Platform

We are seeking a Domain Specialist, Wealth Digital & Platform to spearhead the development and execution of our wealth strategies across key markets in Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Indonesia, and China.

In this role, you will serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert and Product Owner, bridging high-level strategic vision with hands-on agile delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, test, and deploy innovative wealth management solutions that define our competitive advantage and enhance the digital customer experience in the wealth space.

Strategy & Product Ownership

• Roadmap Development: Lead the development and execution of best-in-class regional wealth product digital and platform roadmap, identifying key areas of focus, competitive advantages, and alignment with regional market dynamics and regulatory environments.

• Product Expertise & Management: Act as the Domain Specialist and Product Owner to conceptualize customer journeys, translate into user stories, and maintain the product backlog in Jira/Confluence.

• Innovation: Drive continuous platform evolution by leveraging emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to maintain our industry-leading edge.

• Standardization: Establish regional standards for wealth execution journeys, ensuring re-usability, alignment, and the sharing of best practices across all markets.

Project Delivery & Quality Assurance

• Agile Execution: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles delivery. Maintain product backlogs via Jira and Confluence, groom user stories to the team, participate in prioritization, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, functional features.

• Test Management: Supervise a team of test engineers, leading the end-to-end test strategy (manual and automated) and ensuring UAT schedules are met with meticulous documentation and traceability.

• Operational Excellence: Partner with technology and operational stakeholders to drive system delivery, provide post-production support, and lead timely issue resolution.

Stakeholder & Change Management

• Strategic Engagement: Collaborate widely with regional/country business units, platform owners, and technology partners to ensure seamless process delivery.

• Governance & Reporting: Support management reporting and provide senior leadership with clear updates on product performance and initiative status.

• Change Management: Lead internal and external communication plans for new platform launches to ensure successful adoption and operational roll-out.

Additional Requirements

• Proficiency in Mandarin as the role spans across HK & TW markets with documentation and communication in Mandarin required.

• Previous experience as Product Owner preferred.
