Requirements

Job Description:

As a Technical Product Owner, you will bridge the gap between engineering and business teams to deliver innovative software solutions. With a keen understanding of both technical requirements and market needs, I prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts align with strategic goals. My role involves collaborating with stakeholders, defining clear product vision, and making data-driven decisions to drive product success. Passionate about agile methodologies and continuous improvement, I thrive in dynamic environments where technology and creativity converge.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate closely with system architects to translate high-level design specifications into detailed technical requirements for development teams.

· Lead and mentor junior development teams in the implementation of complex system integrations, providing technical guidance and support.

· Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on the technical aspects of the product. Ensure that the technical solutions align with the product goals.

· Be the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring that technical requirements and priorities are communicated clearly. Regularly update stakeholders on technical progress, risks and dependencies, and delivery timelines.

· Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical reviews, define acceptance criteria, ensuring development teams have clear priorities and well-defined stories.

· Understanding of industry best practices for system integration, security, and performance optimization.

· Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the field of system integration to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.

· Collaborate with external teams to define and refine interface requirements, data mapping strategies, and security protocols.

· Identify opportunities to improve product features, technical processes, and overall team efficiency. Ensure best practices in product management, technical delivery, and quality assurance.

· Follow best engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and could-native development

Skills:

· Minimum 5 + yrs of experience in software development

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, or in a similar role with a strong technical background.

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field with a strong academic record

· Prior experience as a Developer, Architect, or Technical Team Lead

· Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Node, Python, C++, or Go, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

· Experience with various integration technologies such as RESTful APIs, message queues, and event-driven architectures.

· Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns to optimize system performance and scalability.

· Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and technical expertise.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts.

· Ability to analyze and solve complex technical challenges while keeping the overall product vision and user needs in mind.

· Strong interpersonal skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.

· Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

· Experience with identity (OAuth, OIDC, JWT)

· Experience working with agile/scrum development teams and familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and version control systems like Git.

· Deep understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices.

· Strong experience in cloud-native application development, and containerization (Docker/ Kubernetes).
