Own and prioritize the squad backlog aligned to the SIS roadmap
Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Translate business and regulatory needs into actionable requirements
Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Architecture to deliver high-quality solutions
Support Agile ceremonies, clarify scope, and remove blockers
Ensure delivery meets business goals and regulatory standards while balancing enhancements and technical improvements
Required Experience
8+ years in capital markets, securities processing, or financial services
3+ years as a Product Owner, Lead BA, or similar role in Agile teams
Strong post-trade expertise (Clearance & Settlement, Reference Data, Books & Records, Account & Asset Servicing)
Experience managing backlogs and defining user stories
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Understanding of system integrations, data flows, and messaging standards
Strong communication skills and ability to work across global time zones
