BYTECRUNCH TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD. is seeking a skilled and strategic Product Owner to join our growing team in Chatuchak, Bangkok. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving product vision and delivery across our technology and telecommunications division. As Product Owner, you will be the driving force behind product strategy, ensuring alignment between business objectives, customer needs and technical capabilities. This role is central to our mission of delivering innovative technology solutions that create meaningful impact in the marketplace.
Key responsibilities
Define and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy and market opportunities
Gather, prioritise and manage product requirements from stakeholders, customers and internal teams
Create and maintain detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and product specifications for development teams
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing and business teams to ensure successful product delivery
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and potential product enhancements
Prioritise the product backlog based on business value, customer impact and technical feasibility
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product progress, decisions and trade-offs transparently
Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews and retrospectives
Analyse product metrics, user feedback and performance data to inform continuous improvement and iteration
Lead the discovery and validation of new features through customer engagement and prototyping
What we're looking for
3-5 years of proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar product leadership role in technology or telecommunications sectors
Strong understanding of agile and scrum methodologies with demonstrated experience working in agile environments
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams
Proven ability to define product strategy and translate business requirements into actionable product plans
Experience with product analytics tools and data-driven decision-making processes
Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate, present, and engage confidently with team member and stakeholders.
Technical literacy and understanding of software development concepts, though coding expertise is not required
Experience with user research methodologies and customer discovery practices
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and comfort with ambiguity and rapid change
Experience in telecommunications, media technology or related software-as-a-service (SaaS) environments is highly valued
