In your role as Product Owner Collibra, you will take end-to-end ownership of the Collibra platform and ensure that its capabilities continuously support our business, governance, and data management objectives.
Working closely with data owners, stewards, governance experts, and business stakeholders, you will define and prioritize the product roadmap and translate business requirements into valuable platform enhancements.
Your responsibilities will include driving the evolution of data catalog, metadata management, governance workflows, and data marketplace capabilities to increase transparency and trust in enterprise data.
Together with an interdisciplinary team, you will establish scalable governance processes and ensure that Collibra is seamlessly integrated into the broader data ecosystem.
By collaborating with internal and external partners, you will manage platform improvements, evaluate new functionalities, and maximize business value through continuous optimization.
You will foster the adoption of Collibra by creating user-centric guidance, training concepts, and enablement initiatives that empower colleagues to leverage data effectively.

Qualification: You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Data Management, or a comparable field.
Experience: You bring several years of experience in product ownership, data governance, data management, or a related area, ideally with responsibility for a data catalog or governance platform.
Know-how and skills: You have hands-on experience with Collibra and a strong understanding of metadata management, data governance frameworks, stakeholder management, agile product development, and requirement prioritization.
Nice to have: Knowledge of data lineage, data quality management, master data management, cloud-based data platforms, or additional data governance technologies would be an advantage.
Personality: You combine analytical thinking with a collaborative mindset and are able to engage stakeholders across different functions through clear communication and a customer-oriented approach.
Language skills: You communicate confidently in English and are comfortable working in an international environment.
