Product Owner / Data Solution Specialist / Business Analyst
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on data warehouse, data mart, and reporting initiatives, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data solutions. Experience within the Commercial Insurance domain is highly preferred.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Data Solution Specialist, or similar role within enterprise data programs.
- Proven experience delivering Data Warehouse, Data Mart, Business Intelligence, or Analytics solutions.
- Strong understanding of:
- Data modeling concepts
- Source-to-target mapping
- Data transformation and business rules
- Reporting and dashboard requirements
- Data governance and data quality practices
- Experience working in Agile and iterative delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
