Who you are:
An experienced Product Owner with a passion for delivering CX value & outcomes through high-performing Agile teams. You are E2E delivery and customer value focused, highly organised and comfortable operating in complex environments where multiple stakeholders, dependencies and competing priorities exist.
You also bring a passion for great customer experience through quality driven, efficient and fast paced delivery
What you’ll do
The challenge for you:
- Champion Customer Outcomes – You'll ensure customer needs remain at the heart of delivery decisions. Working with stakeholders and delivery teams, you'll help shape solutions that improve experiences, simplify journeys and deliver meaningful improvements.
- Maintain Sprint Delivery Health - You'll ensure the squad operates with a healthy and sustainable Sprint Backlog by supporting backlog readiness, managing work in progress, monitoring delivery performance and proactively addressing blockers, dependencies and delivery risks. You'll use sprint health metrics to help optimise flow, predictability and delivery outcomes.
- Delivery Ownership & Execution – You'll play a key role in ensuring the squad delivers initiatives that create measurable value for customers and the business. Working closely with stakeholders across multiple areas, you'll help translate strategic objectives into deliverable outcomes and ensure value is realised through every release.
- Lead High-Performing Agile Delivery – As the owner of the delivery backlog, you'll provide clear direction and priorities to the squad, ensuring teams have the clarity and support needed to deliver with confidence. You'll facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive collaboration and create an environment where teams can perform at their best.
- Release Readiness & Quality Deployment Management – You'll lead release preparation, readiness and deployment activities, ensuring solutions are delivered safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard. From planning through to implementation, you'll be responsible for ensuring every release is set up for success.
- Stakeholder & Delivery Coordination – Act as the primary delivery representative for the squad, building strong relationships across key delivery areas (Value Stream & AD), acting as a trusted partner who brings people together around shared goals. Your ability to influence, communicate and drive decisions will be critical to delivering successful, collaborative outcomes.
- Continuously Improve How We Work – You'll help evolve our Agile ways of working by identifying opportunities to improve delivery effectiveness, team performance and the overall experience of working within the squad.
