Product Owner

About the role

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to lead software development and delivery projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams of Development, DevOps, QA, Release Management, Infrastructure, and Integration.

What you'll do

• Lead software projects from start to finish: planning, estimation, development, testing, UAT, implementation, and transition to support.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and track objectives, deadlines, deliverables, and potential blockers.

• Manage client relationships, communications, expectations, and escalations.

• Monitor KPIs, metrics, risks, incidents, and project quality.

• Facilitate backlog planning and management.

• Drive continuous improvement of SDLC processes and methodologies.

• Ensure compliance with technological standards and working methodologies.

• Coordinate the resolution of incidents and UAT defects.

• Participate in the management and development of people within the teams.

Main requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale projects.

• Experience in software development projects.

• Solid experience working with Agile / Scrum.

• Experience with management tools such as JIRA or Monday.

• Knowledge of SAFe will be valued.

• Experience in the financial sector will be valued.

• Degree in Computer Science, Systems, Engineering, or similar, preferably.

• Fluent/advanced English and Spanish, essential requirement.

• Good communication, organization, negotiation, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
