We are FutureMedia, an established digital agency and startup accelerator with a tradition of developing and scaling highly competitive, high-traffic SaaS and B2C products with millions of users monthly across the globe.

We are seeking a results-oriented and highly experienced Product Owner (PO) to serve as the critical bridge between business strategy and product execution for our portfolio of high-growth, established B2C SaaS products. This is a vital role focused on the post-launch lifecycle, where you will own the product backlog, drive iterative feature development, and manage crucial maintenance streams to ensure performance and scalability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner of web applications in a SaaS model for desktop and mobile with a successful track record of launching and growing digital B2C products
  • Deep expertise in UI/UX design principles and methodologies, high attention to details
  • Experience in managing all aspects of a successful product development throughout its lifecycle
  • Proven experience working closely with development teams in an Agile / Scrum environment
  • Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineers
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with frequently shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational and communicational skills
  • Hands-on experience in utilizing AI in product management
  • Nice to have Business analyst and/or Delivery manager background
Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of ownership for incoming product and technical requests from the key stakeholders
  • Collect, clarify, and structure requirements to ensure they are understandable, actionable, and ready for development
  • Translate requests into well-defined Jira tickets, including clear acceptance criteria, priorities, and dependencies
  • Maintain and continuously groom the product backlog, ensuring tasks are prioritized based on current business needs
  • React quickly to changing priorities, adjusting scope and sequencing on a daily or weekly basis when required
  • Coordinate closely with the development team, delegating tasks, answering questions, and removing blockers
  • Ensure on-time and high-quality execution of requests, taking full ownership from intake to delivery
  • Document requirements, flows, and updates in Confluence, keeping information structured, current, and accessible
  • Track progress, statuses, and risks, providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Validate delivered work against requirements and coordinate feedback or follow-up actions
  • Proactively identify gaps, ambiguities, or risks in requirements and raise them early
  • Support continuous improvement of delivery processes, Jira workflows, and documentation standards
