About the role
In this role, you will report directly to the Delivery Manager and work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Software Engineers & QA's from discovery to delivery. You'll translate complex product requirements into crisp engineering specs, bringing a solution-focused mindset that thrives in ambiguity and keeps delivery momentum high.
Key responsibilities
Own the complete product delivery lifecycle and roadmap execution, managing feature enhancements, bug fixes, and high-velocity releases.
Assess value, develop business cases, and prioritise stories, epics, and themes.
Translate complex product vision into detailed specifications that engineering teams love working from.
Get hands on with innovative tech initiatives, including AI-assisted development and automated decisioning models.
Proactively identify & mitigate roadblocks so the team can hit sprint and release goals.
Serve as the product ambassador, facilitating team demos, answering technical queries, and keeping stakeholders aligned with proactive and clear communication.
Implement and promote agile practices to enhance team productivity and keep team morale high.
Lead the team through investigation, troubleshooting and resolution of production issues.
About you
We’re looking for a seasoned Product Owner to drive complex software delivery in a high-velocity environment.
Proven track record managing the full delivery lifecycle using hands-on Agile tools and frameworks.
Strong business acumen with a knack for tackling complex problems, navigating ambiguity, and adapting to shifting priorities.
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, delivering outcomes that align with both customer needs and business goals
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a history of maintaining strong cross-functional alignment.
