Product Owner

Salary: ฿70,000 – ฿90,000 per month

Scope of Work & Responsibilities

• Work closely with the UX/UI and Engineering teams to create a product that people love.

• Understand user pain-points and translate them into actionable product features following agile methodologies.

• Work with stakeholders to define the short and long-term product strategies and create an actionable roadmap.

• Prioritize feature requests, enhancements, and opportunities based on business goals, product strategies and ROI.

• Define key matrices to measure product success as well as track its performance.

• Lead scrum team to ensure complete delivery of work for a sprint/release.

• Create product artefacts (business requirements, functional requirements, use case, flow charts, etc.) in various formats.

• Manage product backlog and ensure items are clear and understandable.

• Estimate tasks/projects based on business requirements.

• Keep stakeholders informed about product development progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering or mathematics.

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in Business-related, Marketing, Business Analysis, Product Management, Project Management or Engineering roles.

• Previous experience as a Product Manager/Owner.

• Knowledge of business, operation and best practices in healthcare or e-commerce industry is a plus

• Mon – Fri (8.00-17.00)

• Soonvijai Condo (Bangkok hospital back office) / New Petchaburi Road
