Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Game Producer in gambling industry (Slots);

• Strong understanding of slot game development lifecycle;

• Experience interacting with various roles (designers, developers, QA, artists);

• Excellent empathy, negotiation, and conflict-resolution;

• Comprehensive understanding of slot design — from math models (RTP, volatility) to bonus mechanics;

• Ability to define product vision, prioritize features, and maintain a clear game roadmap/backlog;

• Experience with Figma, Jira, Confluence, or other product management tools;

• Fluency in English (written and spoken);

• Ukrainian (native speaker).

Responsibilities:

• Full product ownership, from concept and design to launch;

• Analyze market trends and apply insights to product planning.

• Collaboration with stakeholders;

• Work closely with Art, Development, and QA roles to deliver high-quality, engaging games development;

• Backlog decomposition, define and prioritize tasks for the team;

• Proficiency in creating and maintaining project documentation.

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of development technologies and animation tools;

• Understanding of regulations and compliance in the gambling industry;

• Basic understanding of player segmentation and monetization models.
