About the role

As a Product Owner for IFS Cloud HCM within the KEYTO Group, you are the link between what the business needs and what the development team builds. You own the HCM product area end-to-end: its purpose, its priorities, and its results.

Working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), you own the team backlog, turn business needs into clear user stories, and make sure every iteration delivers real value. You work closely with the Business Solution Architect ERP, HR leadership, Product Management, and a cross-functional development team to turn strategy into concrete, deliverable work.

The role involves daily collaboration with Business Owners for HR and operations, IFS implementation consultants, integration developers, and cross-functional Agile Release Trains (ARTs). You are responsible for ensuring that the team delivers maximum business value while maintaining a healthy, sustainable pace.

This is a hands-on, operational role. You work within the IFS ERP team on a day-to-day basis, not from the sidelines.

Your responsibilities

The IFS Cloud HCM module was recently implemented as an MVP, covering the foundational capabilities needed to run HR operations across the KEYTO Group. This means the product is live and in use, but far from finished. As Product Owner, you step into a product with a solid base and a long runway ahead. Your job is to take it from "it works" to "it works brilliantly" by driving continuous improvement based on real business needs, user feedback, and organisational growth.

  • Owning the purpose, direction, and performance of the IFS HCM product area.

  • Building, prioritising, and refining the team backlog – writing clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria that tie back to business goals.

  • Leading backlog refinement, iteration planning, and demos, and representing your team in program-level planning to resolve dependencies across teams.

  • Translating business priorities into concrete deliverables

  • Acting as the primary bridge between the development team and business stakeholders in Stockholm and the wider Group, keeping solutions practical and easy to use.

  • Ensuring delivered work meets the Definition of Done – including data-protection (GDPR) requirements and readiness for rollout in the business.

Your profile
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in an agile (Scrum or SAFe) environment.

  • Strong understanding of HR and workforce management processes: employee lifecycle, time and attendance and HR compliance.

  • Experience with HCM/HR modules in an enterprise ERP system.

  • Ability to translate complex HR business requirements into high-quality, actionable user stories.

  • Comfortable working in a larger, multi-brand or international group setting.

  • Fluent in Swedish – essential for daily work with HR stakeholders, collective agreement interpretation and statutory compliance. English fluency required as Group language.

Meriting
  • SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) certification.

  • Experience with IFS Cloud specifically

  • Background in service-oriented or consumer-facing industries (e.g. facility management, cleaning, or home services.

Who you are
  • Analytical and structured – able to manage several priorities at once and keep a steady delivery rhythm.

  • A clear communicator who can explain roadmap trade-offs to non-technical business leaders.

  • Business-minded, with a genuine interest in finding opportunities to grow profitability through technology.

  • Collaborative – a team player who thrives across functions and locations.
