Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring development efforts align with business objectives and customer needs. The Product Owner will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, design, development, QA, support, sales, marketing, and subject matter experts to translate strategic goals and customer requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable work for development teams. This role is responsible for helping deliver high-quality features and enhancements through agile execution, continuous collaboration, and strong ownership of the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring a strong product background, an innovation mindset, the ability to drive change in a matrixed environment, and experience working with both B2B and B2C software products. This person should be comfortable balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines while communicating effectively across cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates are comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency, accelerate discovery and analysis, document requirements, draft user stories and acceptance criteria, prototype ideas, summarize feedback, and support faster, higher-quality decision-making.
Industry experience in multifamily property management software is a plus. This role is within ResMan’s Affordable Product Team; knowledge of Federal LIHTC regulations and Tax Credit state agency requirements is highly desirable.
