- Own and manage the Product Backlog across feature teams, leading the re-platforming of legacy applications into modern tech solutions.
- Provide thought and product leadership to guide the vision and execution of product backlogs and roadmaps.
- Educate and mentor team members to deliver on the product vision effectively.
- Collaborate with customers and colleagues, including executive stakeholders, to build backlogs and roadmaps that prioritize both engineering and customer requirements.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, integrity, and collaboration across internal, external, and third-party teams.
- Act as the voice of the customer, influencing, challenging, and building trust and consensus among teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain resilience and composure under pressure, ensuring the team acts in the best interest of the customer and is open to challenging the status quo.

- Accountable for product change governance, ensuring compliance and proper management of change processes.
- Prioritize and coordinate backlog delivery with Customer Journey Managers, Integrators (Delivery Managers), and Engineering teams using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with external parties, managing dependencies and tracking work to successful completion.
- Experience in Bank Change Process & Governance, ready to adapt expertise to new platform models, manage project risk, mitigation, and product budgets.
