About the role…

As Product Owner, you will take strategic ownership of a portfolio of enterprise products and business systems, ensuring they deliver value, drive operational excellence, and support business growth. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will lead continuous improvement, governance, and adoption of key platforms that underpin Ipsum’s digital transformation journey.

As a Product Owner you will…

  • Own and drive a portfolio of enterprise products and business systems, ensuring they deliver measurable value and support Ipsum's strategic objectives.
  • Define and manage product roadmaps, priorities and backlogs, translating business needs into clear product requirements and improvements.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Commercial, HR, IT and Engineering to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, user experience and business performance.
  • Champion product adoption and continuous improvement, using data, user feedback and performance insights to optimise systems and processes.
  • Lead the delivery of product enhancements, working closely with Software Engineering teams, Business Analysts and third-party suppliers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives, system integrations and the migration or rationalisation of legacy platforms across the Group.
  • Ensure products remain compliant, secure and aligned with operational, commercial and regulatory requirements while enabling safe and effective ways of working.

About you…

We're looking for commercially minded Product Owners who understand how businesses operate and can translate real-world challenges into effective technology solutions. You'll have strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage with operational teams, corporate functions and technical specialists alike, balancing competing priorities to deliver meaningful outcomes. Experience of improving business processes, driving changes and influencing decisions across complex organisations will be highly valued. Above all, you'll bring a strategic and continuous improvement mindset, ensuring products deliver a balance of user experience, operational efficiency, commercial value, compliance and long-term business benefit.
