Product Owner IT - CRM

Drive the evolution of SFC's digital solutions, managing IT projects from start to finish and ensuring that each delivery brings real value to the business. The IT Product Manager acts as the link between technology and internal areas, guaranteeing quality, efficiency, and alignment with the digital transformation strategy.

Your main functions:
Manage IT projects from definition to delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines and scope.

Coordinate internal and external teams, facilitating communication with providers and business areas.

Prioritize initiatives according to impact, value, and SFC's needs.

Supervise functional and technical documentation, ensuring clarity and traceability.

Apply agile methodologies, managing backlog, ceremonies, and progress tracking.

Ensure the quality of solutions, collaborating with development, testing, and support.

Analyze business needs, proposing continuous improvements and optimizations.

Manage assigned Capex (€250K) with a vision of efficiency and budgetary control.

We would love to meet you if you have:
Experience in IT project management.

Knowledge of agile methodologies and management tools (Jira, etc.).

Analytical capacity, results orientation, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of the sector and technological processes.

Advanced English (French is valuable).
