This role is responsible for translating business objectives and customer needs into impactful digital products and experiences.
You will define product strategy, establish roadmaps, and manage priorities throughout the product lifecycle.
Working closely with business stakeholders, engineering, architecture, UX, and QA teams, you will turn complex requirements into clear and actionable product outcomes.
The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on backlog management, Agile delivery, stakeholder leadership, and continuous product optimization.
You will help teams make informed decisions by balancing customer value, business priorities, technical constraints, and dependencies.
Success will be measured through effective delivery, product adoption, customer satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes.

Accountabilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, objectives, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, competitive offerings, and business opportunities to identify areas for product innovation and improvement.
- Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, technical dependencies, and strategic priorities.
- Create and refine epics, features, user stories, functional requirements, non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure the product backlog is sufficiently detailed and ready for sprint planning and execution.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that engineering and delivery teams can effectively implement.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, UX designers, QA teams, and other technical stakeholders throughout the product delivery lifecycle.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, release planning, and go-live activities.
- Clarify requirements, resolve questions, manage dependencies, and help remove impediments that could affect delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment throughout product development.
- Facilitate product workshops, roadmap discussions, stakeholder meetings, and governance sessions.
- Communicate product progress, risks, dependencies, priorities, and delivery expectations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate timely decision-making when priorities or requirements conflict.
- Define product KPIs, success metrics, and performance indicators aligned with business and customer outcomes.
- Monitor product adoption, customer satisfaction, usage patterns, and business performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Use user feedback, analytics, and performance insights to recommend enhancements and drive continuous improvement.
- Support product lifecycle management across discovery, development, launch, optimization, and future releases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a closely related product role.
- Strong experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments, with familiarity with Kanban and Agile product development practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog management, feature prioritization, user story creation, and release planning.
- Strong business analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and acceptance criteria definition.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and translating complex business requirements into actionable product specifications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance customer and business priorities with technical constraints, dependencies, delivery timelines, and available resources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment and a customer-focused approach.
- Experience with product and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Miro.
- Familiarity with Figma is preferred.
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, web and mobile applications, and data analytics and reporting.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile product delivery practices.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, banking, retail, or large-scale digital transformation programs is a plus.
- Experience managing enterprise applications, customer-facing platforms, or digital products is preferred.
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled products and analytics-driven decision-making is a plus.
- Strategic thinking, customer focus, collaboration, accountability, decision-making, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
