Product Owner Lead
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Owners while ensuring the quality and delivery of business-critical, high-priority features that drive superior customer value and meet customer expectations across program increments.
Your role:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Owners, providing clear direction, regular feedback, and ongoing support.
- Set clear individual and team objectives that connect product priorities, business outcomes, and organizational goals.
- Conduct meaningful performance, development, and career conversations and support individual growth plans.
- Act as the primary interface between customers, business owners, product managers, architects, software leaders and development teams, translating customer and business needs into clear priorities and actionable backlog items.
- Define, prioritize, document and accept epics, user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, while managing complex backlogs across multiple products, modules and agile teams.
- Prepare for and contribute to program increment planning, release planning and backlog refinement, setting clear objectives and coordinating dependencies to keep teams aligned with program priorities.
- Use data-driven insights, customer feedback and deep product understanding to guide decision-making, identify gaps and create frictionless user flows that improve product value and customer experience.
- Champion new technologies and continuous improvement, influence senior stakeholders and mentor junior team members while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of features throughout the product life cycle.
You're the right fit if:
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or an equivalent field; a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent is preferred.
- You bring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a Master’s degree, in areas such as software development, software design and architecture, testing, quality assurance or equivalent.
- You have strong experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable product role, including backlog management, story definition, feature prioritization and working with multiple agile teams in a complex product environment.
- You are confident partnering with customers and senior stakeholders, using data and customer insights to make decisions, clarify ambiguous requirements and communicate effectively in English across business and technical audiences.
- Proven experience leading, coaching, or developing Product Owners or other product professionals (preferred)
Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base monthly salary range for this grade R&D roles is 30,457.00 – 50,76.19 ILS. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office role.
This role is not open to relocation.
