Salary: £70,000 - 82,000 per year

- Experience managing and prioritising a Product Backlog with well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including front-office and business users, with the ability to challenge and refine requirements.
- Outcome-driven mindset, with ability to define and track delivery impact such as user experience, adoption, and efficiency.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for delivery outcomes, with strong focus on follow-through and decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, including Scrum and SAFe, and running ceremonies while maintaining delivery momentum.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy while aligning with broader product strategy.
- Experience managing dependencies and navigating complex delivery environments.
- Understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle or complex enterprise workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in financial markets, trading, broking, or liquidity platforms.
- Exposure to transformation or modernisation initiatives such as platform upgrades or re-architecture.
- Familiarity with financial messaging protocols such as FIX and XML, or API-based integrations.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and modern authentication frameworks such as OAuth2 and Okta.
- Understanding of testing practices, including UAT and regression approaches.
- Experience using design tools such as Figma for concept visualisation.
- Familiarity with OKRs or outcome-driven planning frameworks.
- Experience working in SAFe or scaled Agile environments.
- Own and prioritise the Product Backlog, ensuring user stories are clearly defined, actionable, and meet the Definition of Ready.
- Translate business needs and product strategy into deliverable features, maintaining strong alignment to measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to align delivery with product vision and roadmap.
- Support development teams by clarifying requirements, providing business context, and guiding sprint objectives.
- Lead creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artefacts such as workflows and mock-ups.
- Actively engage with business stakeholders, including front-office users, to gather feedback and refine solutions.
- Apply customer-centric thinking using data, feedback, and usability insights to validate priorities.
- Coordinate cross-team delivery, managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritisation reviews.
- Review prototypes, proofs of concept, and delivered increments to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Support UAT and ensure functional outcomes meet customer and business expectations.
- Take ownership of delivery outcomes, ensuring committed scope is delivered and blockers are actively managed.
