Product Owner - Metro Manila
Salary: ₱80,000 – ₱95,000 per month
Job Details: We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead product vision, manage product backlogs, align cross-functional development teams, and drive end-to-end product delivery across our digital solutions in Metro Manila!
POSITION: Product Owner
WORK LOCATION: Metro Manila
WORK SETUP: Hybrid / Office-based
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy aligned with business goals and market demands
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria
Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog for engineering and software development teams
Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and sprint reviews
Collaborate closely with software engineers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
Define product KPIs, track feature performance post-launch, and execute continuous improvements based on user feedback
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience: At least 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in IT/Software delivery
Technical Skills: Proficient in Agile/Scrum frameworks, JIRA, Confluence, wireframing, and user story mapping
Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills
Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Agile certifications are a plus
