- Own and manage the team backlog, ensuring priorities are understood, appropriately estimated, up to date and aligned with delivery timescales.
- Collaborate effectively with development and cross-functional teams to communicate product requirements, support decision-making and drive successful delivery.
- Identify and manage product delivery risks alongside the Delivery Manager, resolving or mitigating issues wherever possible.
- Define product success measures, monitor performance and user behaviour, and use insights to support continuous improvement and optimisation.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from initial requirements and development through to delivery, compliance, optimisation and ongoing maintenance.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations and support organisational readiness for new products through education, communication and product information.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer and market needs, championing these throughout product development and delivery.
- Demonstrate experience in opportunity, problem and solution discovery, with a strong understanding of user experience and customer-focused product design.
- Develop commercially valuable products that meet user needs and contribute to positive customer and business outcomes.
- Effectively plan, prioritise and manage product feature backlogs while contributing to the development and evolution of the product roadmap.
- Analyse product, user and financial data using business intelligence tools to support informed product decisions.
- Influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Service and Customer Success, with strong presentation, organisational and time management skills.
- Work effectively within an agile product development environment, using approaches such as hypothesis development, prototyping, usability testing and customer feedback to continually improve products.
- Maintain an understanding of relevant legal and compliance requirements, including GDPR, with experience in EdTech and payment solutions considered desirable.
